UX Data Reporting and Analytics Intern

We are currently seeking a UX Data Reporting and Analytics Intern for our Apodaca location, to support the Indirect Purchasing process. This position will ensure the procurement process is being followed as well as support the end user inquiries. Also, will ensure the invoice discrepancies are being addressed working together with end users and the Accounts Payable team.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Data management and utilization of various tools to analyze, visualize, and present results transforming raw data into easy-to-digest User Experience (UX) Actionable Insights.
• Support in Creating and Maintaining a Global UX and CI Dashboards ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Support and lead sessions with stakeholders to understand and interpretate new dashboards requirements, visualization enhancements, or report automation needs.
• Support in delivering recurring data reports to key stakeholders while identifying areas of opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support in creating and delivering effective presentations related to the program key metrics and trends.
• Knowledge in SE Indirect Procurement systems and ERPs to provide insights and solutions to the program stakeholders and leaders.

This job might be for you if:

• Currently studying\: Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar with a strong interest in learning Procurement and Sourcing analytics.
• Availability to work 30 hrs per week.
• Advanced English proficiency is a must.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point knowledge required.
• Analytical mind-set with problem solving skills.
• Knowledge in data visualization tools (Tableau) desirable.
• Knowledge in Phyton, SQL programming languages desirable.
