PLANNING – CASTINGS MX
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze demand, calculate required production rates, and agree on them with the Production team.
  • Conduct short- and medium-term load/capacity studies.
  • Determine the target WIP level and monitor WIP inventory, identifying deltas, root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Perform raw material + finished goods coverage analysis.
  • Review, adjust, and execute the launch plan.
  • Analyze and report area KPIs.
  • Follow up on delivery plan compliance.
  • Prepare recovery plans for backlog in coordination with Production.
  • Report and communicate critical delivery status to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate sales with the Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse areas.
  • Follow up on subcontracted operations within the manufacturing process.
 
 
Who we are looking for:
Education:

Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

 
Experience:

Minimum 3 years in planning and/or production.

 
Required knowledge & software:
  • Supply chain
  • Load/capacity analysis
  • Inventory management
  • Advanced Excel
 
Languages:

Intermediate English required; advanced preferred.
