The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated
Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator
to join our client's team in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating recruitment activities while supporting the hiring process for early careers talent across Latin America.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working alongside talented colleagues and acting as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers. This role will give you exposure to a wide range of recruitment functions, while allowing you to build your expertise in recruitment coordination and process management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the pre-employment screening process
    for candidates across LATAM, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Act as a
    point of contact for candidate queries
    , providing timely and professional responses via a centralized recruitment mailbox.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling
    between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Monitor and track onboarding progress
    for successful candidates to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Build and maintain
    strong working relationships
    with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams, providing clear updates on recruitment status.
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an
    effective and timely manner
    and escalated where necessary.
  • Ensuring stakeholders are
    continually appraised and updated
    on the relevant processes.

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • Fluency in written and spoken
    English and Spanish is required
    ; Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous
    administrative or customer service experience
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to support users in setting up and navigating
    applicant tracking systems
    (ATS), preferably Workday.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
    is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • A
    strong customer orientation
    with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities
    , with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
  • The ability to work well in both
    individual and team settings
    , with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • A genuine
    interest in recruitment and administration
    , with a passion for learning and growth in these areas.
