We are seeking a Traffic Coordinator to lead and optimize our cross-border freight operations between Mexico and the U.S. This role ensures efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of shipments, while supervising a team of traffic analysts, dispatchers, and monitoring staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and control national and international routes, ensuring compliance with border crossing times and regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate traffic analysts, dispatchers, and monitoring staff.
  • Monitor unit status and resolve operational incidents to guarantee service continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, safety, and transportation regulations in Mexico and the U.S.
  • Provide proactive communication and shipment updates to customers.
  • Analyze KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in traffic or logistics coordination, preferably in cross-border freight.
  • Knowledge of customs and transportation regulations (Mexico–U.S.).
  • Experience with TMS and GPS tracking systems.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making under pressure, and bilingual communication (Spanish–English).
