Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Monterrey, NLE, for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities of this role include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams, negotiate contracts, and provide logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Strategic planning, market analysis, and client relationship management expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the logistics industry, including international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and supply chain solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other business development software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is highly preferred
- Previous experience in the 3PL or logistics industry is a strong asset
- proven experience developing OTR, Ocean and Air freight.
