Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 USD (monthly)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Record daily sales and bank deposits
  • Enter payables and credit card receipts
  • Prepare and send sales invoices
  • Post repetitive journal entries and net checks
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
  • Collaborate within a team on multiple client accounts

Skills:

Tech Stack Familiarity:Candidates should have experience with or be comfortable learning a variety of accounting, payment, and payroll platforms, including:

  • Accounting Software: QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Yardi, Sage, Concur, PCLaw
  • Payment & Expense Tools: , Stripe, Square, MarginEdge, Ramp, Toast
  • Payroll Systems: ADP, Gusto, Paylocity, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, Toast Payroll

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
  • 3+ years of experience with Excel
  • 3+ years of payroll and accounts payable experience
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
  • High-speed wired internet connection(200 mbps min.)
  • Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

Physical Setting: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20, $26,205.00 per month
