**About the Opportunity**:We are looking for a **Financial Operations Associate** to join our growing team This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in **accounting, contract management, and financial operations** who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll handle key financial tasks, including managing contracts, tracking invoices, reconciling records, and ensuring compliance.**Work Setup**: Fully remote**Full-time Role**- **Time Zone**: Must be available to work U.S. business hours**Ready to start immediately**If you're detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, we'd love to hear from you**Key Responsibilities**:**Contract Management** - Review, process, and maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with policies.**Accounts Management** - Support accounts payable and receivable, track invoices, and manage financial transactions.**Financial Recordkeeping** - Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.**Compliance Tracking** - Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and terminations to ensure financial and legal obligations are met.**Stakeholder Coordination** - Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies.**Project Coordination** - Assist with financial reporting, tax preparation, and process improvement initiatives.**Administrative Support** - Maintain systematic documentation, prepare expense reports, and support finance-related tasks.**Monthly & Ad-Hoc Responsibilities** - Help prepare financial statements, generate reports, and handle ad-hoc finance tasks.**Qualifications**:✔ **7-10 years of experience** in contract processing, accounting, or a similar role.✔ **Bachelor's degree** in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.✔ Strong proficiency in **QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Excel**, and other accounting tools.✔ Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.✔ **Experience in U.S. accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.**✔ Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a **remote environment.**✔ **Availability to work within U.S. time zones.****Preferred**:Experience with **contract management software or ERP systems.**Familiarity with **compliance regulations and financial reporting standards.**Background in a **startup or fast-paced environment** is a plus**What We Offer**:**Fully Remote** - Work from anywhere**Career Growth** - Opportunities for professional development.**Collaborative Culture** - Join a dynamic and supportive team.**Competitive Compensation** - $800 - $1,200 per month, based on experience.
