ERM Libryo is seeking a Regulatory Content Monitor Consultant to join our growing team. We empower global organisations through a compliance platform, which clarifies their Environmental and Health and Safety obligations and supports ongoing compliance. ERM Libryo is untangling the global web of regulations by systematically organizing legal and compliance requirements within ERM Libryo Streams for our customers. We're making relevant regulations and their frequent updates in various languages known to people at companies around the world.

Key Responsibilities

The Regulatory Content Monitor will play a vital role as a junior member of the compliance content production team in finding, analysing, processing and monitoring regulations, primarily in the areas of environmental, health and safety.

Within parameters set by ERM Libryo's Jurisdiction Content Managers, Project Managers and Team Lead, you will:

  • Conduct research into regulatory law, including identifying relevant sources of law

  • Find, monitor and analyse laws and regulations that apply in various countries

  • Identify new, changed and repealed laws and regulations

  • Analyse law to identify detailed requirements; applicability and assessment criteria; and any other relevant information as needed

  • Assist with administrative tasks in moving work forward on ERM Libryo

  • Collaborate

  • Any other reasonable task

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Law or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in regulatory analysis, preferably in the EHS domain and understand how EHS regulations apply at client sites such as factories and wind farms.

  • Experience with digital knowledge management.

  • Experience working with legislation (you know your statutes from your regulations, and your preambles from your sections).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in regulatory analysis, preferably in the EHS domain and understand how EHS regulations apply at client sites such as factories and wind farms.

  • Previous experience working as a paralegal or lawyer.
