Our mission is to modernize system installations, simplify maintenance, and raise the global standard for fire protection piping.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist – Fire Protection Piping Systems to join our U.S. team and play a key role in introducing our TitanBite series to engineering firms, contractors, and distribution partners nationwide.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and expand regional sales of AIRpipe's TitanBite mechanical connection systems for fire protection applications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including engineering consultants, fire protection contractors, distributors, and AHJ officials.
  • Promote technical awareness of TitanBite products through presentations, demonstrations, and design consultations.
  • Collaborate with design firms and specification engineers to include AIRpipe products in NFPA-compliant system designs.
  • Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with certification milestones (UL/FM/VdS).
  • Identify market opportunities and report competitive intelligence within assigned territories.
  • Support trade shows, seminars, and training sessions to promote brand visibility and product adoption.

How You Will Do It

  • By demonstrating deep technical understanding of fire protection piping systems, NFPA standards, and mechanical joint technologies.
  • Through consultative selling – focusing on engineering solutions, value creation, and lifecycle cost advantages.
  • Using CRM tools and structured sales processes to manage pipelines, forecasts, and customer engagement efficiently.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, and marketing) across global offices.
  • Representing AIRpipe with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for innovation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in fire protection, piping systems, or industrial mechanical sales (experience with Victaulic, Anvil, or similar companies is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of NFPA codes, UL/FM system design, and installation practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage both engineers and contractors.
  • Proven record in business development, project tracking, and specification sales.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently within a global team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $240,000.00 per year
