Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter – Roofing Industry (Mexico-Based)

Company Overview:

We are a U.S.-based roofing company expanding our remote team with talented professionals in Mexico. Our mission is to provide exceptional service, reliability, and results for every customer interaction. We are seeking energetic, sharp, and dependable individuals to join our growing appointment setting team.

Position: Remote Appointment Setter

Location: Work from home (Mexico)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (Flexible shifts within these hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to schedule roofing inspection appointments.
  • Follow up with leads provided by the company and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
  • Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication on every call.
  • Answer basic questions and coordinate with our U.S.-based team.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English—must be able to communicate confidently with American customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Reliable home internet connection (fast and stable).
  • Quiet workspace suitable for professional phone work.
  • Backup power source is a plus.
  • Prior customer service or appointment setting experience preferred, especially within sales or home improvement industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $125.05 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • Customer Service Call Center: 3 years (Required)
  • Appointment Setting : 3 years (Preferred)
