Since 2010, our client’s mission has been to help wholesale distributors, manufacturers and contractors improve customer service, expedite orders, engage and expand their customer base.We are seeking a talented Appointment Setter to join one of our Client's teams. As an Appointment Setter you will be directly responsible for successfully building out a pipeline of valuable leads. You will also be coordinating with each party to ensure appointments are set and are followed through upon.**Working schedule**: 9AM - 6PM EST(1 unpaid hour for lunch break)**Rate paid in USD**: 6.5 per hour**Responsibilities**:- Making outbound calls to prospects.- Introducing the company's products or services to prospects.- Qualifying leads and determining their interest and needs.- Scheduling appointments or meetings between prospects and the sales team.- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads and appointments.- Following up with prospects to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns.- Collaborating with the sales team to provide them with appointment details and updates.- Managing a high volume of leads and appointments efficiently.- Using CRM software to track and update lead information.- Demonstrating professionalism and providing excellent customer service.**Requirements**:- 1+ year of experience in B2B appointment setting roles is a must.- Must be available to work 9AM - 6PM EST(1 unpaid hour for lunch break)- Language: English only.- Must possess your own Windows laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:- Processor: Core i5 or higher- RAM: 8GB or higher- Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:- Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps- Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.**Benefits**- Work from home- Access to diverse projects- Opportunities for professional growth- Collaboration with diverse teams- No commute time- No dress code (unless there’s a meeting)- Eco-friendly work lifestyle- Exposure to a multicultural team- Potential for long-term engagement- Improved work-life balanceN7SqBracXe
