Senior ERP Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Senior ERP Functional Consultant to support client engagements, execute functional project activities, and deliver high-quality ERP solutions. This role works closely with Project Managers and client teams and requires strong functional expertise, independence, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage functional ERP project tasks with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Identify risks, issues, and process gaps, providing recommendations and solutions
- Monitor progress to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Apply strong functional knowledge in finance and/or manufacturing operations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional ERP Consultant
- ERP experience with Epicor (preferred) or Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Finance / Financial operations or Manufacturing, production, engineering, or inventory management
- Advanced English proficiency (interviews and presentations conducted in English)
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to travel to the USA 50% or more
- Valid visa required (work visa sponsorship available after 1 year)
Location Requirements
- Must be based in or near major cities with international airports
- Locations: GDL, CDMX, MTY, QRO, Mérida
Nice to Have
- ERP or industry-related certifications
- Background in manufacturing or finance-focused ERP implementations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
