This Position reports to:

HR Business Partner

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or more assigned service lines or countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high-quality customer experience by delivering complete, accurate, and timely HR services. Additionally, you will support global HR operations standards and ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.

The work model for the role is: On site

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the ABB Electrical Control Systems factory in Apodaca.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and deliver HR services in line with defined processes, KPIs, and quality standards, with end-to-end ownership.
  • Act as an expert in complex cases and projects, providing operational insights and fostering collaboration across countries and functions.
  • Identify process gaps, lead root cause analysis (RCA), and propose improvements or simplifications based on operational experience.
  • Perform control tasks independently, including SOX checks, data protection, and compliance with country-specific legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience using intermediate Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payroll administration systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
