Ideal Candidate Profile

MStar is looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Key Account Manager who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience within the automotive financing ecosystem.

The ideal candidate understands dealership dynamics, credit placement processes, and the end-to-end commercial cycle in the automotive industry. You will focus on strengthening relationships with existing dealership partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities through strategic and results-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with dealers, F&I teams, commercial managers, and internal business partners.
  • Drive performance of assigned accounts by analyzing placement trends, penetration levels, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare, manage, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Identify and execute commercial strategies to increase credit placement, improve customer experience, and maximize account profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and dealership needs to propose actionable insights and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Advanced English, conversational level.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, specifically at a managerial level in credit placement, financial services, or dealership commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive financing cycle and dealership operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proactivity, and the ability to build solid, high-quality relationships.
