Plataforma especializada en inteligencia inmobiliaria que conecta compradores, vendedores, inversionistas y brokers para identificar oportunidades de inversión con base en análisis de datos y experiencia en desarrollo inmobiliario está en búsqueda de Growth Specialist con habilidades en ventas, de atención al cliente, uso de tecnología y enfoque en resultados.
Responsabilidades clave:
• Atender clientes de manera persona a persona
• Utilizar herramientas tecnológicas como Google Suite
• Actualizarse y adaptarse al uso de nuevas tecnologías
• Trabajar con enfoque en resultados y productividad
• Colaborar efectivamente en equipo
• Desarrollar pensamiento crítico, creativo y divergente
• Resolver problemas con actitud proactiva y responsable
• Mantener estabilidad emocional y actitud positiva
• Demostrar honestidad, confiabilidad y respeto a la autoridad
• Adaptarse a cambios y aprender continuamente
Requisitos:
• Licenciatura en áreas económicas, administrativas y/o humanidades
• Experiencia en atención a clientes de persona a persona, preferentemente en front desk
• Habilidad para manejar herramientas tecnológicas, especialmente Google Suite
• Capacidad de aprendizaje y actualización constante en tecnología
Ofrece: sueldo + 2 bonos anuales
