Objective of the position:

Ensure the PO request and supplier payments of Marketing Department ensuring the fulfillment of corporate procedures and policies. Reporting in the progress of budget to Management to facilitate decision making.
Facilitate the implementation of Marketing projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall strategy and respecting the limitations of scope, time and cost. This position must guarantee that the flow of information between the different teams and Marketing Department is carried out in a timely manner to optimize decision making.

Main Functions:

  • Ensure the PO request and supplier payments of Marketing Department ensuring the fulfillment of corporate procedures and policies. Responsible for all the reporting in the progress of budget and payments to Management to facilitate decision making.
  • Management of Marketing Demo and exhibition unit fleet, optimizing budget and ensuring the fulfillment of corporate policies and inventory guidelines. Support corporate events and dealer network events by managing the loan of exhibition units.
  • Manage the contracts of Marketing Department. Enable the governance by documentation for special transactions with suppliers, Chambers, organizations and Industry Associations.
  • Oversee the development of projects in the Department and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently according to the Project Plan and aligned with the strategy.
