Role Description

Visionarys is seeking a highly motivated Junior Software Developer with a strong technical foundation and a genuine passion for building the next generation of AI-powered systems and intelligent automation tools. This role is ideal for someone early in their software career who is excited by rapid experimentation, emerging technologies, and contributing to products that blend artificial intelligence, human-computer symbiosis, and automation at scale. This position is hybrid, based in Hermosillo, Sonora, with opportunities for remote collaboration across Mexico.

Responsibilities


• Contribute to the development and evolution of Visionarys' AI-driven platforms, automation workflows, and intelligent agent systems.


• Apply modern development practices while learning Visionarys' internal architecture, tools, and engineering standards.


• Support the integration of AI agents, workflow automation tools, and data-driven components.


• Participate in testing, code reviews, documentation, and continuous delivery processes.


• Constantly learn, explore, and adopt new frameworks, SDKs, and technologies relevant to AI, automation, and future robotics initiatives.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or nearing completion).


• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to experiment and adapt.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and emerging systems.


• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
