Egg Donation Case Manager

GSHC Surrogacy & Egg Donation is a leading third party reproduction and fertility agency seeking an experienced and compassionate Egg Donation Case Manager to join our team. As an Egg Donation Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing the egg donation process for our patients, from screening potential donors to coordinating the egg retrieval process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial phone and screenings of potential egg donors
  • Manage the matching process between egg donors and intended parents
  • Coordinate and manage all medical and legal aspects of the egg donation process
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to egg donors and intended parents throughout the process
  • Communicate with the medical team to ensure the safe and successful retrieval of eggs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of the egg donation process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. nursing, social work, psychology)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management in the fertility industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with patients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of fertility treatments and the egg donation process is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with a variety of communication platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, WeChat, Teams)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30, $40,000.00 per month
