Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with knowledge on OIC & VBCS Consultant to provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements for OIC and VBCS solution. The role involves working closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, manage defect fixes and implement functional and technical improvements to existing integrations and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS
  • Good understanding of Oracle SaaS modules and their integration touchpoints
  • Exposure to REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON and other Saas and PaaS adapters available in OIC
  • Support and execute FBDI (File-Based Data Import) upload processes and related data transformation requirements
  • Monitor integrations and manage fault handling and resolution in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to existing solutions
  • Identify and fix defects, perform RCA and ensure long-term resolution
  • Deploy changes across development, test and production environments following standard processes.
  • Maintain documentation for technical designs and support procedures

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.  Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
