Experiencia en:
  • Liderazgo y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios de operaciones tecnológicas en plantas industriales de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Gestión y administración de sistemas OT (Operational Technology) y proyectos de automatización, sustentabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia operativa.
  • Implementación de mejores prácticas para la integración de sistemas de control, monitoreo y mantenimiento en entornos industriales.
  • Relación y gestión de servicios con proveedores de tecnología.
Conocimientos técnicos:
  • Gestión de redes industriales y protocolos de comunicación (ASI, Profibus, Ethernet, DeviceNet, entre otros).
  • Implementación y seguimiento de políticas de ciberseguridad industrial, gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento normativo OT.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Capacidad de análisis ante incidentes tecnológicos relacionados con infraestructura.
  • Experiencia en integración entre sistemas IT y OT.
Actividades:

  • Coordinar, administrar y supervisar el mantenimiento y correcto funcionamiento de sistemas de control y automatización industrial.

  • Liderar proyectos de innovación, mejora continua y transformación digital para maximizar la eficiencia operativa de la planta.

  • Gestionar y asegurar la correcta comunicación entre equipos industriales, asegurando la integridad y fiabilidad de los datos operacionales.

  • Desarrollar, capacitar y motivar al equipo técnico en temas de tecnología operacional, ciberseguridad y buenas prácticas industriales.

  • Monitorear indicadores clave de rendimiento y generar reportes para la toma de decisiones y cumplimiento de objetivos del área.

  • Colaborar con áreas de sistemas, ingeniería y operaciones para la integración de soluciones tecnológicas alineadas al negocio.

Escolaridad:

Ingeniería en Control y Automatización, Ing. Mecatrónica, Ingeniero en Electrónica, Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Sistemas o carrera afín.
