Role Overview:
As an
IT Recruiter
, you will drive the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top tech talent. Leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, AI-powered tools, and industry networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle across various open roles, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees
Assess and match candidates' skills, experience, and potential with job requirements to ensure the best fit
Conduct structured interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fit
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, timely feedback, and a seamless hiring process
Leverage Boolean, X-ray, AI-powered tools, and diverse recruiting sources to identify and attract top talent
Partner with hiring managers and involved departments to refine job requirements, enhance recruitment strategies, and drive talent acquisition success
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring seamless tracking of the recruitment process
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process, promoting fair and ethical recruitment practices
Continuously improve hiring efficiency by optimizing sourcing channels, reducing time-to-fill, and enhancing quality of hires
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in an international IT company
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, development lifecycles, and industry trends
Experience using AI-powered recruitment tools
Proven ability to source candidates through platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and other industry-specific channels
Demonstrated success in closing positions, reducing time-to-fill, and improving candidate quality
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written) for effective communication with global teams and candidates
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders
Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to assess and match candidates to job requirements effectively
