Position Objective

Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order follow-up, effective communication, and on-time deliveries to maintain high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on customer orders.
  • Monitor demand changes, customer requirements, and delivery dates.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Track backorders and forecast variations.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ERP system.
  • Prepare reports and service performance metrics.
  • Provide timely and professional support to national and international customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or related roles within manufacturing.
  • Experience managing orders, planning, and delivery follow-up.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (required).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset.
