About The Role
OpsArmy is seeking a
*Contract Administration Specialist*
to manage the review, validation, and processing of financial and contractual documents for our clients. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, high attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex contract data with accuracy.

You will review financial statements, extract key contract terms, organize documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a
*mid-level operational role*
, perfect for someone with experience in corporate environments, especially within Fortune 500 companies or structured finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
*Contract & Financial Document Review*

  • Examine contract agreements, invoices, and A/R and A/P records for accuracy.
  • Identify key terms, fees, dates, and financial entries with full precision.
  • Confirm document completeness and alignment with internal requirements.

*Data Validation & Entry*

  • Enter and update financial and contractual information into internal systems.
  • Validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Flag inconsistencies or missing details before final submission.

*Documentation Management*

  • Maintain organized records of contract files and financial documents.
  • Ensure all digital documents are accurate, updated, and stored properly.
  • Support audits or internal reviews by providing complete documentation.

*Workflow & Process Support*

  • Assist with documenting workflows and updating SOPs for contract processing.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in refining processes to reduce errors and improve turnaround times.

*Team Collaboration*

  • Coordinate with teams across time zones to ensure smooth contract processing.
  • Resolve questions or missing information through clear, professional communication.
  • Partner with accounting, operations, or client teams as needed.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting or contract administration experience.
  • Experience working within a Fortune 500 or similar structured corporate environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • English proficiency at the B2/C1 level.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and spreadsheet tools.
  • Exceptional detail orientation and document accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
