B2B Account Manager

What You'll Do
- Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion, engaging new decision-makers, and driving strategic growth.
- Leverage existing client relationships to introduce goFLUENT solutions to global learning and HR leaders.
- Drive top-line revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within your assigned account portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to build long-term client partnerships.
- Build strong business cases and demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT's learning solutions.
- Represent goFLUENT at industry exhibitions and events.
- Travel as needed to client sites to support key sales initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience; SaaS or international sales experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and collaborative team player.
- Minimum B2 English level required.
- Social media fluency in a business context (especially LinkedIn).
- Experience in training, e-learning, or HR services is an advantage.
