Objetivo Del Puesto
Garantizar la correcta administración, análisis y control de la información contable y financiera mediante la reconciliación de cuentas, procesamiento de estados bancarios, seguimiento a cobranza y soporte en procesos de cierre mensual. Asegurar la integridad de la información a través del uso efectivo de ERP, herramientas analíticas y buenas prácticas contables, optimizando tiempos y apoyando a equipos globales mediante un enfoque de servicio, precisión y mejora continua.

Actividades Del Puesto

  • Realizar la reconciliación de cuentas de balance de forma mensual, asegurando exactitud y cumplimiento de políticas contables.
  • Administrar y dar seguimiento a la cobranza, idealmente en entorno retail.
  • Procesar y analizar estados de cuenta bancarios, detectando variaciones y movimientos relevantes.
  • Administrar y revisar cuentas contables, garantizando correcta clasificación, análisis y depuración.
  • Ejecutar actividades de cierre de mes, incluyendo conciliaciones, revisiones y reportes.
  • Colaborar con equipos globales o shared services, asegurando alineación y comunicación efectiva.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua, optimización de procesos y estandarización.
  • Elaborar reportes, análisis y documentación que respalde la información contable y financiera.
  • Mantener enfoque de servicio al cliente interno, demostrando tacto cultural y claridad en la comunicación.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración, Negocios Internacionales o Finanzas.
  • Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (indispensable).
  • Excel Intermedio–Avanzado.
  • Manejo de ERP (Oracle, SAP, Epicor, Infor).
  • Conocimientos en reconciliación de cuentas, cobranza, procesamiento bancario y cierre de mes.
  • Enfoque en servicio al cliente y tacto cultural.
  • Perfil analítico y orientado a mejora continua.
