Teva Wellness Lifestyle

We're not looking for a social media manager.

We're looking for someone who knows how to
take ideas and turn them into real campaigns
— creatively, strategically, and hands-on.

Teva is a premium wellness brand in Polanco. Our audience is discerning, busy, and allergic to hype. We don't win by shouting or spending heavily — we win by
taste, consistency, and clarity
.

This role is for someone who can take ideas from the founders, structure them into
full campaigns
, bring them to life creatively
alongside our in-house photographer
, and distribute budget intelligently across platforms — without burning cash.

This is a
hands-on role
, not a management-only position.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Taking high-level ideas from the founders and turning them into
    complete campaigns
    (concept, content, execution, iteration).
  • Planning content in advance and owning a
    clear content calendar
    with intention.
  • Working closely with our
    in-house photographer
    to define creative direction, shot lists, formats, and campaign assets.
  • Personally editing content
    (especially short-form video and posts) to ensure a polished, premium aesthetic.
  • Being
    directly responsible for the social media budget
    , including:
  • Distributing spend across campaigns and platforms
  • Deciding what to amplify, what to pause, and what to drop
  • Adjusting allocation based on performance and signal quality
  • Using paid social to
    support strong content and positioning
    , not to compensate for weak ideas.
  • Reviewing performance and making thoughtful creative and distribution adjustments.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience being
    hands-on with campaign execution
    , not just planning or oversight.
  • Experience being
    personally responsible for allocating a social media budget
    across platforms and campaigns.
  • Clear ability to take an idea and turn it into a
    structured, end-to-end campaign
    .
  • Strong creative judgment and visual taste — you know when something feels premium vs cheap.
  • Hands-on ability to
    edit video and content yourself
    .
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and translating vision into execution.
  • Organized, thoughtful, and able to plan rather than react.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
    (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with
    premium or luxury brands
    .
  • Experience marketing to audiences who value discretion, quality, and experience over hype.
  • Understanding of when
    not
    to post or promote.
