Job Description
This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of Services & Care functions, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to quickly learn enough about our products to be effective. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving the successful completion of the Autonomous Networks Domain technical project deliverables while fostering collaboration across teams.
In addition, this role will play a critical part in advancing our autonomous journey within Nokia—helping the organization transition from traditional operational models toward self-optimizing, data-driven, and AI-assisted processes. This includes embedding automation and intelligence into service delivery, improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience through predictive and proactive care.
The leader will also work closely with the rest of the delivery teams to ensure that technical direction and leadership fully support business objectives. This collaboration will drive alignment between strategic vision and execution, ensuring that both technical innovation and operational excellence move hand-in-hand to deliver measurable value for our customers and the business.

- Own and oversee the domain's technical scope, cost, quality, and schedule, ensuring alignment with the committed delivery plan and As-Sold Cost Baseline (ASBL)
- Lead and coordinate central and local technical delivery teams, acting as the primary technical interface and first escalation point for product and delivery issues
- Track and manage project progress, costs, risks, and milestones, taking corrective actions to keep delivery on track
- Collaborate closely with customers, the Autonomous Networks Central team, Market Services Project Managers, and end-to-end Technical Project Managers (when applicable) to ensure smooth execution
- Promote best practices, reusables and quality standards during deployment
- Support and manage acceptance certification, care handover, project closure, and post-project follow-up
- Continuously build knowledge of AN products to effectively guide and support project teams
Key Skills And Experience
- 8+ years of experience in telecom software services, delivery, and/or care, with prior exposure to 4G and 5G
- Proven leadership in delivering timely, consistent, cost-effective services that delight customers and improve margins
- Strong people management skills, including supporting high-performing, learning-oriented teams
- Experience driving change, implementing new tools, Agile methods, automation, and improved operational models
