Job Details
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the HealthTech industry. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and leverage your analytical skills to drive decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions to our business challenges, creating compelling visualizations and dashboards, and driving the optimization of our data systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines to support business needs.
• Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization techniques to present data and insights in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner.
• Leverage Tableau, SQL, Python, and other tools to create dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.
• Work closely with various teams to understand their data requirements and ensure they have the data needed for their operations and analysis.
• Implement ETL processes, maintain data warehouse systems, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in a data analysis role, with strong communication skills and ability to tell a story with the data for business impact.
• Proficiency in Tableau or another data visualization tool like PowerBI.
• Proficiency with SQL. Python is a plus.
• Solid experience in ETL processes and data warehouse systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, data cleaning, and data mining techniques.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
