Job Summary

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisor de Producción ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.

Reportando al Operations Manager , responsable de administrar una línea de producción, realizando el correcto uso de los recursos humanos, materiales, maquinarias y tiempo para la correcta ejecución de los planes de producción.

Como es un día en el trabajo:

  • Seguimiento al plan de producción diario.
  • Administrar y desarrollar al personal a cargo.
  • Responsable de proceso End to End.
  • Análisis de cuellos de botella
  • Cumplimiento hora por hora.
  • Cierre de ordenes de trabajo.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
  • Análisis y resolución efectiva de problemas operativos.
  • Tomas de tiempos y balanceos de líneas.

La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:

  • Ingeniería o alguna experiencia relacionada.
  • Experiencia en Bajo y Alto Volumen.
  • Experiencia en manufacturara  de electrónica.
  • Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing.
  • Conocimiento de los sistemas de control de producción (Series, flujos, trazabilidad).
  • Manejo de personal.
  • Turno 2 ( Disponibilidad de horario).
  • Conocimientos ERP´S (WD y KRONOS) seria un plus.
  • Proactividad e iniciativa para la mejora continua.
  • Excel básico.
