HR Business Partner
to design, implement, and lead people strategies that strengthen leadership, culture, and talent development in our Mexico operation, while partnering closely with U.S. teams.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with the business, supporting operations leaders, and driving impact through strong employee relations and sound HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute core HR programs and processes aligned with business and operational goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to Production Managers and Supervisors, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Conduct objective and compliant investigations into employee relations issues.
- Coach and advise leaders on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and talent development.
- Promote a culture of open communication, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies across Mexico and U.S.-related operations.
- Oversee HR administration processes, including time & attendance, benefits, leave management, and HRIS data integrity (UKG).
- Support compliance training, safety initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 7 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in operational or industrial environments.
- Strong background in employee relations, labor compliance, and leadership coaching.
- Experience supporting both local and international stakeholders.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and business-oriented mindset.
- Full professional fluency in
English and Spanish
.
