主要职责 Key Responsibilities:

  • 翻译与沟通:负责中英/中西口头与书面翻译,确保国内产品需求与墨西哥品牌方之间的信息准确、高效传达。
  • Translation & Communication: Handle verbal and written translations between Chinese-English/Chinese-Spanish, ensuring accurate and efficient information exchange between Chinese product teams and Mexican brand partners.
  • 项目协调:协助海内外团队进行日常需求沟通,跟进项目进度,确保各方协作顺畅。
  • Project Coordination: Assist in daily communication between domestic and international teams, track project progress, and ensure smooth collaboration among all parties.
  • 市场情报支持:协助进行墨西哥本地市场信息、竞争对手动态及行业趋势的收集、翻译与初步整理;运用初级数据分析能力筛选和处理相关信息。
  • Market Intelligence Support: Assist in collecting, translating, and preliminarily organizing local market information, competitor activities, and industry trends in Mexico; use basic data analysis skills to filter and process relevant information.
  • 流程与效率支持:协助处理内部行政与运营流程;高效利用AI等数字化工具提升信息处理、翻译及文件整理的效率与质量。
  • Process & Efficiency Support: Assist in internal administrative and operational processes; efficiently utilize AI and other digital tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of information processing, translation, and document organization.
  • 法务支持:协助进行基础的合同法务沟通,翻译和整理相关文件。
  • Legal Support: Assist in basic contract-related legal communication, and translate and organize relevant documents.

  • 身份与地点:必须具备在墨西哥合法的签证与居留身份,并base在墨西哥。
  • Status & Location: Must possess a valid visa and residency status in Mexico and be based in Mexico.
  • 语言能力:西班牙语流利(母语水平更佳);中文普通话流利(能进行商务沟通及书面翻译);英语熟练者为重大加分项。
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (native level preferred); proficient in Mandarin Chinese (able to conduct business communication and written translation); proficiency in English is a strong plus.
  • 专业与技能:商务、市场营销、国际贸易、语言或相关专业背景优先。
  • Professional & Technical Skills: Background in business, marketing, international trade, languages, or related fields is preferred.
  • 具备良好的信息搜集与逻辑整理能力及拥有初级的数据筛选与处理分析意识。
  • Strong information gathering and logical organization skills. Basic awareness of data filtering, processing, and analysis.
  • 能够高效使用主流AI工具(如ChatGPT、Copilot等)辅助办公、研究与内容处理,提升工作效率。
  • Ability to efficiently use mainstream AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to assist with office tasks, research, and content processing, improving work efficiency.

  • Excellent Communicator: Possesses cross-cultural sensitivity, adept at listening and expressing ideas clearly.
