The Role
We are looking for a content designer to join our Experience Design team. Content design is at the heart of our design process and you'll work side-by-side with product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape the future of Tala products.
What You'll Do
- Create content for our mobile app experience across all touchpoints, including navigation and UI content, in-app notifications, chatbots, help, and more.
- Contribute to projects in ways that enhance the clarity and usability of product experiences, and guide teams towards solving the most important problems.
- Edit and contribute to designs and content using Figma.
- Collaborate with design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.
- Use data and research to evaluate your content's impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years working in a product design environment on consumer apps where you owned content design projects and strategy; financial services expertise is an advantage
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience working with Figma; creating content components is an advantage
- Experience designing human-centered solutions using language that scales across markets and locales.
