UX WRITER / CONTENT DESIGNER

Tus principales responsabilidades a desarrollar:

Planificar estrategias de contenido.Redactar y validar textos optimizados para productos y servicios.Desarrollar pautas de estilo y guías de contenido escalables.Alinear contenido con estrategias de negocio y SEO técnico.Diseño autónomo de contenidoConexión entre objetivos de negocio y necesidades del usuarioCreación de frameworks y metodologías de contenidoCapacidad de análisis y síntesis de información complejaToma de decisiones basadas en datosDueño de tareas end-to-end  

Requisitos mandatorios:

Experiencia en proyectos relevantesConocimiento avanzado en contenido digitalExperiencia con sistemas de diseño y contenido modularConocimientos en ContentOps y automatización de contenidoConocimiento en diseño centrado en el usuario y design thinking

Conocimiento en metodologías de diseño y ágiles

Habilidades Blandas:
Pensamiento crítico
Habilidades de facilitación en workshops de contenido
Negociación y adaptabilidad
Autonomía en la toma de decisiones

Habilidades Técnicas:
Diseño de estrategias de contenido para productos digitales
SEO
Accesibilidad e inclusión en contenido digital
Evaluación de contenido e investigación de usuario avanzada
Dominio de sistemas de contenido y creación de componentes reutilizables
Conocimiento de accesibilidad y contenido inclusivo

Experiencia:
3-5 años
Adicionalmente, experiencia con Design Thinking, metodología Scrum y Behavioral Economics (conocimiento básico)

Posición híbrida en Ciudad de México.
