The Manufacturing Systems Specialist is responsible for implementing the projects and initiatives that are the responsibility of the area according to global guidelines for the benefit of our company focused on production processes, according to the aligned standards and guidelines of PFS and GIT, complying with validation protocols. and with the phases of the implementation of the project on time and form.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the development of the assigned project through the global project methodology, planning, developing scopes and detailed specifications of the same to cover the design specifications, Budget control, tests, documentation, training and agreed execution times.

• Ensure the correct use of the implemented applications, as well as provide the required technical support, through periodic meetings.

• Supervise the work of external personnel who carry out infrastructure, application programming or automation and control work to guarantee the scope and delivery in terms of security, time and with the characteristics indicated in the scope of engineering, physical and logical design requested from the project.

• Have project management documentation, as well as keep updated technical information, manuals, scripts, licenses, change control, validation protocol folders for technical support reference, audits and internal control including maintenance and backup calendars .

• Manage and maintain the MES System infrastructure in relation to the MF network, servers, connectivity, drivers, communication protocols, control network, PLC'S, IDFs, IDZs, Thin Clients, Strong Arms, Switch, UPS.

• Execute technical software and hardware upgrades in accordance with the annual plan, as well as cybersecurity actions and that are requested to comply with GIT and Global guidelines.

• Manage and maintain the infrastructure of manufacturing systems in relation to the MF network, servers, connectivity, drivers, communication protocols, control network, PLC'S, IDFs, IDZs, Thin Clients, Strong Arms, Switch, UPS.

• Provide the infrastructure guidelines for project engineering, automation and control of the Focus Factory for the applications managed by those responsible for these areas; to comply with global standards for projects involving technology.

• Efficiently plan and control the use of the budget, preparing activities on time according to the planned budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronic, Analytics Engineering or related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in positions in manufacturing production processes, Digitalization

• 3 years of experience in project management

• 1-2  experience Data science

• Experience or involvement  in Analytics or Data Engineering projects

• Intermediate-advanced English level.

• Demonstrate knowledge of SQL or Python to dispute, cleanse, and integrate data from a variety of sources.

• Experience developing analytical engineering pipelines using Wonderware an desirable DBT

• Demonstrated experience with Wonderware,

• Demonstration of understanding of modern data warehouse design principles and data engineering practices.

• Experience in project implementation and personnel management.

• Knowledge in productive processes for a manufacturing plant.

• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Excited at the prospect of developing and implementing new tools and processes that add organizational value and improve decision-making capabilities in the digital organization

• With strategic capacity, capable of leading change, influencing and collaborating both internally and externally, and with a clear commitment to deliver business results in a timely manner.

• Desirable experience working on cloud data warehouses like SNOWFLAKE.

• Desirable experience in manufacturing systems MES (AVEVA)
