Neostella is growing fast—our brand footprint, product offerings, events, and go-to-market efforts are all scaling in parallel. Our website and digital platforms are critical touch points for prospects, customers, and partners, and they need to evolve just as quickly as the business.
This role exists because we need a dedicated owner for our digital experiences—someone who can ensure our website is stable, performant, on-brand, and optimized for growth, while also supporting the broader marketing ecosystem that drives demand and engagement.
What you'll manage:
You'll own and operate Neostella's website and supporting digital platforms, serving as the bridge between marketing strategy, content, design, and technical execution.
This includes managing our WordPress site using Gutenberg blocks and existing themes, building and maintaining pages for solutions, events, and campaigns, and ensuring site performance, security, and reliability through WPEngine. You'll also execute light custom development when needed, such as creating new blocks or enhancements.
Beyond the website, you'll support key digital marketing platforms—email marketing, analytics, SEO tooling, and event or demo experiences—ensuring everything works together to create a seamless and measurable digital presence.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing websites and digital platforms end to end
- Strong WordPress experience, particularly with Gutenberg blocks
- Technical web development experience and familiarity with WPEngine
- Working knowledge of SEO and Google tools (Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console)
- Knowledge of accessibility, privacy and compliance guidelines
- Comfort supporting marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot and event tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
