About the role
We are looking for an experienced L3 Support Engineer to join our team, specializing in Python-based applications and MongoDB databases. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, develop automation and monitoring tools, and work closely with development and operations teams to implement long-term solutions. You will participate in on-call rotations, manage incidents, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure minimal downtime, maintain data integrity, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
General Expectation
· Provide advanced support for Python applications and MongoDB databases
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents
· Develop and maintain automation, monitoring, and reporting tools
· Document solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting steps
· Collaborate with development and operations teams for long-term fixes
· Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents
· Communicate updates and post-incident reports to stakeholders
· Ensure system reliability, performance, and data integrity
What is needed
· Strong proficiency in Python programming and scripting
· Experience with FastAPI framework
· In-depth knowledge of MongoDB
