Job Title: Retention Agent - LATAM Desk / Conversion and Retention Agent - Portuguese Desk

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Retention Agents for our LATAM Desk and Conversion and Retention Agents for our Portuguese Desk. The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and retention strategies, with a goal of fostering relationships and enhancing customer loyalty. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while successfully converting prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via multiple communication platforms (phone, email, chat) to deliver outstanding service and support.
  • Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies to minimize churn and boost customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transform leads into active, engaged customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to uncover trends and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee a seamless customer journey.
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics and targets related to retention and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, LATAM MARKET (FX INDUSTRY)
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a strong desire to assist others.
