The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers, across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance, are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We're a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.
What you'll do
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll help accelerate new customer acquisition and pipeline growth in Mexico. You'll focus primarily on lifecycle marketing, but your work will also include SEO, conversion optimization, and campaign execution across channels. Your goal is to make every part of the funnel healthier, from awareness to SQL, by designing, running, and optimizing programs that improve engagement and conversion at each stage. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting, analyzing data, and constantly improving performance. Responsibilities
  • Support regional growth strategy across Lifecycle Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, and Conversion Optimization.
  • Design and execute email and CRM journeys to move leads through the funnel and reduce MQL-to-SQL time.
  • Build and test nurture flows, onboarding sequences, and reactivation campaigns that drive engagement and product interest.
  • Monitor pipeline health, creating dashboards and reports that track key growth metrics (SQLs, CAC, velocity, conversion).
  • Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and content experiences to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead quality, handoff consistency, and feedback loops that improve campaign targeting.
  • Conduct A/B tests and small-scale experiments to validate hypotheses and improve results.
  • Support SEO growth by identifying keyword opportunities, improving existing content, and coordinating with the Content team.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to align messaging across lifecycle and acquisition channels.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in growth, lifecycle, or demand generation roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, email automation, and lead nurture flows.
  • Experience managing or supporting SEO and acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Familiarity with pipeline metrics: CAC, SQLs, funnel conversion rates, velocity, and attribution.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into insights and action plans.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Content teams.
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable working with both strategy and execution.
Bonus Points
  • Experience managing regional campaigns across LatAm or international markets.
  • Familiarity with ABM or sales-led growth initiatives.
  • Engineering or technical background that enables deep product understanding.
