Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially in data services.
  • 3+ years of experience in the cloud or data engineering industry, with at least 1 year working directly with GCP.
  • 1+ years supporting enterprise-scale data platforms or cloud-based data applications.
  • Advanced English level
  • This position is required in our office in Aguascalientes

Responsabilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues across the data platform, including data pipelines, storage, and processing layers.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and application teams to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows.
  • Liaise with core development teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data services on GCP.
  • Design and implement scalable data solutions using GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Composer.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base for incident resolution and platform improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement of data quality, reliability, and observability across the platform.
