The CRM Adobe Campaign developer is responsible for developing and supporting new marketing features on the worldwide Adobe Campaign instance to enable an efficient and seamless customer experience across all channels. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new Adobe Campaign features o Analysis and technical design o Technical specifications o Contribution, configuration, and development o System integrations tests o Deployment o Hypercare
• Support Adobe Campaign activities o Support CRM teams with their usage of Adobe Campaign for Marketing Automation and Customer Referential o Analyze, qualify and fix incoming support requests o Ensure seamless communication between teams and level 2 to regions o Organize regular meetings to review backlog, identify risks and share progress SUPERVISION RECEIVED LVMH Beauty Tech – CRM Manager QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED Education & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in development on Adobe Campaign Classic v7 is a must: o Dataflows to/from Adobe Campaign via API & files o New automatic campaigns on many channels: Emails, SMS, External o Deliverability & instance performances o Advanced workflow knowledge: Adobe Campaign Javascript & JSSP, Linux, Data loading o Advanced database knowledge: schemas, joins o Adobe ecosystem: Adobe Control Panel, Adobe Console o Re-use of existing features on other LVMH Adobe Campaign instances o UX/UI: navigation tree, forms
• Experienced in SQL relational databases is a must
• Experienced in REST & SOAP API is a must
