Job Summary

Development, Design, Specify and/or Document Systems focus on Product and Process Quality Assurance. Understanding as Quality Assurance all actions needed to the Product and Process meet and exceed Customer expectations specs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

-Costumer Quality Claim Reduction and Cost of poor quality reduction (CoPQ)

-Quality Assurance and Control Process administration

-Manage the new Product Introduuction

-Product Engineering Change and Bill of Materials update

-Cost Reduction Process

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

-Similar role within Electronics Industry - MUST

-Electronics Components - MUST

-Fails, reparation and diagnosis for electronics components - MUST

-Quality System implementation (QMS)



-Quality Assurance Knowledge

-Corrective Action Magnament (Problem Solving Techniques)

-Process Control (Definition and monitoring Process Critical Variabled)

-Product specification and documentation maintenance

-Negotiator, proactive and excellent interpersonal relationships

-High level of detail analisys skils

-APQP / PPAP Knowledge (PFMEA, Product Spec, Test Spec Knowdedge, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, Calibration)

-English, Advance (90%)

-Geometrical Dimensional &Tolerance
