We are looking for a Senior Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer, who Contributes to the management and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System by participating in audits, reporting deviations, and proposing improvements to ensure product and process quality across all operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial
    , Mechanical, or related Engineering
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in
    process quality
  • Intermediate to advanced
    English proficiency
  • Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification
    (preferred)
  • ISO 9001:2025 Internal Auditor Certification
    (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System by participating in audits, reporting deviations, and proposing corrective actions and improvements.
  • Supervise plant quality representatives to ensure attendance, inspection methods, criteria, visual aids, and inspection tools are available and effectively implemented.
  • Develop inspection methods, criteria, and records for products and processes, ensuring their reliability and timely updates to guarantee product quality.
  • Coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints and maintain proper evidence of such actions.
  • Prepare quality alerts, containment matrices, and/or visual aids for the area and ensure effective communication with the team.
  • Generate and submit corrective actions in the required format (internal or customer) to clients.
  • Conduct regular courtesy and problem-solving visits to customer facilities.
  • Update customer portals regarding quality topics, 8D reports, etc.
  • Coordinate inspections, sorting, and rework activities at the plant or at the customer site as required by quality issues.
  • Monitor external PPM (Parts Per Million) indicators and prepare corresponding reports.
  • Lead and follow up on customer complaints, including root cause analysis, site visits, quality alerts, personnel training, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Perform internal analyses for process improvement and control.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the team to define customer critical points, acceptance criteria, inspection methods, etc.
  • Be highly involved on the production floor to identify root causes and propose improvements. Work closely with engineering and production teams to be part of the solution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven advanced proficiency in
    Minitab.
  • Strong knowledge of
    MS Office.
  • Experience with
    Core Tools, PPAP, and internal audits.
  • Understanding of quality systems and process control.
