About The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Travel Designer is responsible for handling client services, from creating customer itineraries for their trip to being their single point of contact during the client's trip. The Travel Designer will be in charge of coordinating providers, reservations, boats, employees, to make an exceptional experience for our clients. You will have a reservations manager and low level concierge to work with you.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Prefer a bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, sports or a related field (or in process of earning)
- Fluent speaker and fluent communication in English is a MUST
- Exceptional customer service and people skills.
- Proficient with organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously, as well as working with tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, adaptable, self-starter, reliable
- Eagerness to learn and help grow a young company
- Build trusting relationship with our clients
- Develop and maintain a network with service providers and staff
What You'll Do
Manage clients check in coordination with staff, transport, liquor, massages, chef, etc. to ensure everything is perfect when guests arrive and throughout their trip.
Responsible for overseeing the staff throughout clients trip (e.g. updating staff on work schedules)
Providing a high-level of customer service for all guests throughout their trip
Work closely with team partners including providers, hosts, competitors, etc.
What You'll Need
High degree of flexibility and adaptability and sense of urgency, as well as the ability to work autonomously, as well as working with tight deadlines
Strong at managing multiple tasks
Resourceful and fast to problem- solve
Passionate about high end customer service and strives to go above and beyond for our clients.
Knowledgeable in Luxury lifestyle- including restaurants, things to do, tours, etc.
Respectful of the confidential and sensitive nature of the relationship with our clients
