FP&A Sr. Analyst

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura terminada en Finanzas, Económía, Ing. Financiera o afin
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado
  • Experiencia en creación de dashboards en Power BI
  • Dominio de algun sistema administrativo: SAP u Oracle deseable
  • 1año de experiencia en procesos de planeación financiera, procesos de presupuestos, forecasting, previsión y diagnóstico financiero, OPEX
  • Inglés de intermedia a avanzando (conversacional y escrito)

  • Atención al detalle
  • Soporte a cliente
  • Seguimiento a procesos
  • Análisis y síntesis de información

Actividades:

Consolidar y analizar datos financieros (presupuestos, proyecciones de resultados, etc.) considerando los objetivos y la situación financiera de la empresa.

Generar informes a partir de bases de datos de OneStream y Oracle así como recopilar y resumir datos para estructurar informes sobre la situación financiera y los riesgos.

Desarrollar modelos de pronóstico.

Identificar tendencias, elaborar narrativas sólidas y recomendar acciones al gerente de Planificación y Análisis Financiero (FP&A), al gerente sénior y a los directores de área con base en un análisis sólido.

Realizar un seguimiento y determinar el estado financiero mediante el análisis de los resultados reales en comparación con las previsiones.

Colaborar con el equipo de contabilidad para crear un proceso adecuado para registrar la facturación de servicios de todos los clientes.
