We are looking for a
Financial Planning Analyst Sr. LAN.
Position Objetives

  • Reporting P&L / WK (monthly, quarterly, & annually), decision support and analysis, business forecasting of BFC OIE.
  • Provide analysis and communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Working regularly with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the Leadership team in understanding their SG&A actual spent and building their forecast.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from Management and projects as required such as data mining and analysis, process improvement projects, and other corporate requests.
  • Ensure complete processes/system documentation and develop materials for the training of finance professionals on applicable concepts and/or applications.

Skills, Requirements

  • 5 + years of related work experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Agro industry.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and Google (Sheets, Slides, Docs) tools, including advanced spreadsheet tools.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP, Business Warehouse (BW), PowerPivot, and/or PowerQuery.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and to execute responsibilities in a high volume, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to validate, analyze, and sort through large amounts of data and transform complex data into succinct, clear communications.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Residence: Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in improving and advancing existing financial systems to improve data accessibility and flexibility.
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) tools, including advanced spreadsheet tools.
  • Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality results.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the organization.
