Job Summary
As our
Content Manager
, you'll be instrumental in shaping a best-in-class consumer experience. You'll elevate our digital content ecosystem, ensuring every piece resonates deeply with consumer needs and drives engagement.

You'll also serve as the
local content expert and go-to-person
, driving content generation and management based on deep insights and a thorough understanding of the brand and consumer needs.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of an omnichannel content strategy to ensure relevant and consistent communication across the digital ecosystem for key launches and new campaigns.
  • Enhance and elevate the relevance of existing content across various brand digital touchpoints with the end consumer.(Website, eCommerce, Social Media, CRM, Display, etc)
  • Lead and coordinate diverse content management teams within the company, including healthcare professionals and internal design resources.
  • Manage the company websites, overseeing content updates and optimizing the user experience to boost engagement, while also guiding brand teams on necessary website improvements.
  • Propose industry best practices and success cases, and actively integrate new technologies, including AI, into content strategies.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for regional and global Content teams, and work closely with multifunctional local & regional teams.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor degree Marketing, Communication and similar
  • Experience working in digital marketing / digital agencies and offshore resources
  • Experience working with agencies
  • English - Advanced
