We are growing and are looking for a Global Manager of Sales Enablement (m/w/d) for our Portable Metrology division. In this role you will own and further develop our global sales enablement framework, with a particular focus on managing the Seismic platform cross-divisionally and driving adoption of key commercial applications such as Salesforce and ServiceMax. You will partner closely with regional sales operations, product marketing, and commercial leaders worldwide to keep content, processes, and training current, consistent, and impactful. Job ResponsibilitiesAs Global Manager of Sales Enablement for the Portable division, you will work in close collaboration with regional Sales Operations, Product Marketing and divisional enablement peers to drive effective use of our commercial tools and processes and to continuously improve seller readiness. Main responsibilities include:
- Ownership and day-to-day management of the Seismic platform (Hexagon's global sales content and digital sales room solution), including vendor coordination, cross-divisional alignment and rollout of improvements and add-ons
- Development and continuous refinement of enablement strategies, content structures and curricula based on the needs of regional sales, service and support teams, ensuring that content is relevant, current and easy to consume
- Design, delivery and coordination of training programs on commercial processes and business applications (e.g. CRM, service and support tools), with a strong focus on increasing adoption and consistent use across regions
- Translation of complex, end-to-end commercial processes into clear, engaging enablement materials that link internal workflows to the customer journey and support data-driven pipeline and service management
- Close collaboration with regional stakeholders to understand local practices, identify gaps and discrepancies in tool usage, and drive harmonization with global standards while clearly articulating "what's in it for them"
- Continuous evaluation of enablement effectiveness, identifying opportunities to modernize formats, keep content up to date, and introduce new approaches, tools or experiences that will shape the future of enablement in the coming years
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5–8 years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, or similar roles in a complex, international environment
- Strong hands-on experience with business applications used by commercial teams (e.g. CRM, field service, support or service management tools) and the ability to translate processes into effective training
- Proven track record in designing, delivering and maintaining training programs and learning content for sales and/or service organizations
- Experience working with or administering sales content management or enablement platforms (e.g. Seismic or comparable tools) highly desirable
- Background in services or field service environments, with an understanding of customer and service journeys, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, global stakeholder groups (e.g. Sales Operations, Product Management, Product Marketing, regional leaders) and align different regional practices to global standards
- Enjoys independent thinking and analytical problem solving, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences
- Proactively identifies gaps or adoption challenges, proposes improvements, and follows through to implementation
- Fluent language skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team and to travel internationally within EMEA and other regions as required
