Note: This is an independent contractor position under the management of Executive VA Solutions. Payments are made every Friday by 6pm CDMX time in MXN Pesos via Bank Transfer. This is a contractor role and does not include employee benefits.

Location

Remote role - candidates must be based in Mexico City/Mexico State or nearby areas to support potential local team growth in the future.

Description

We are looking for a fast, consistent, and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant to handle lead generation and qualification for our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, ideally commercial painting, who enjoys repetitive work, works well independently, and can move quickly without losing accuracy.

Responsibilities

* Review and process a high volume of construction projects daily.

* Tag and classify leads based on defined qualification rules.

* Work daily in BuildingConnected and other lead platforms such as PlanHub, ConstructConnect, and GC plan rooms.

* Monitor lead-related emails and route information appropriately.

* Maintain accurate tracking in Google Sheets or internal systems.

* Follow established processes consistently.

* Flag issues or edge cases when rules do not clearly apply.

* Participate in weekly review meetings with estimators.

* Take ownership of assigned workload and meet daily volume expectations.

Requirements

* At least 2 years of remote work experience in lead generation, construction support, or similar roles.

* Comfortable working with repetitive tasks at high volume.

* Able to process information quickly and accurately.

* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

* Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

* Proactive communicator when something is unclear.

It is a plus if you have

* Experience using BuildingConnected.

* Familiarity with PlanHub, ConstructConnect, or GC plan rooms.

* Experience supporting construction or commercial painting teams.

Technical Requirements

* At least 2 monitors.

* Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for outages.

* Quiet, professional workspace suitable for focused work.

Compensation

This role begins with a three-month trial period at a fixed monthly rate. After the trial, compensation will be reviewed and adjusted within the published range based on performance and consistency. The monthly range is 20,000 to 26,000 MXN.
