We're looking for a
Head of Finance
to take full ownership of our finance function and help us scale with clarity, speed, and strong fundamentals. This role is for someone who can combine strategic thinking with execution, build scalable processes, and partner closely with leadership to drive performance across the business.

What you'll do?

  • Own Remotics' P&L end-to-end
    , including monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and accountability with leadership.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, with clear assumptions and scenario planning to support growth and runway management.
  • Build and improve the financial model and reporting structure (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and key business metrics).
  • Drive visibility and action on
    gross margin, contribution margin, unit economics, CAC/LTV, and cost structure
    .
  • Establish financial KPIs and dashboards that help teams make faster, better decisions.
  • Improve pricing and commercial decision-making with data-driven analysis and profitability frameworks.
  • Lead monthly close and ensure accuracy, consistency, and speed in financial reporting.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, and People to improve planning, headcount efficiency, and performance management.

What we're looking for?

  • 7+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally in high-growth environments (startups, tech, or services).
  • Proven experience owning and managing a
    P&L
    , and driving business decisions from it.
  • Strong FP&A skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Solid understanding of unit economics and profitability drivers, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience building financial processes and structure from the ground up.
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on; comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • Strong communication: you can simplify complex financial concepts and influence stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset, strong judgment, and attention to detail.
