RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making phone calls to collect payments from ALLDATA customers
  • Phone assistance to ALLDATA billing costumers.
  • Resolution to invoice and statements requests

REQUIREMENTS

  • Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
  • Area of Study:No Special Requirement
  • Years of Experience:One to two years.
  • Type of Experience:Costumer service experience.
  • Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Bilingual, highly costumer service oriented, excellent communications skills, Ability to work under pressure, team worker.
  • Other/Preferred:Computer literate , Collections experience.
